Hobart, William Smith Celebrate #13 Alumni Ranking
Hobart and William Smith Colleges announced that the institution was recently ranked #13 for Best Alumni Network in the nation by The Princeton Review. Several alumni returned to campus in the last month to connect with students.
Among those visiting were Mehrnaz “Naz” Vahid-Ahdieh ’85, P’17, a former Managing Director at Citi Bank; Mitchell N. Schear ‘80, founder of 10Square; and Amil Shah ’12, who is now a Director at 1pointfive. Additionally, Mike Gantcher ’92, P’27, founder of NYC Explained Tours; Bailey Carter ’19, Associate Director at Pace Gallery; Dr. Chris Beyrer ’81, Sc.D. ’22, Director at the Duke Global Health Institute; and James F. Anderton IV ‘65, founder and Executive Chairman of Krimson, LLC, also returned to campus.
The visits provided opportunities for students to engage directly with alumni who have built successful professional careers in various fields.
